Rodolfo Sales Guimarães Partner
Rodolfo is partner and a member of Perfin Wealth Management’s investment team since June 2016. He had worked for 11 years and became one of the partners responsible for local managers evaluation and approval at GPS (now Julius Baer). In addition, contributed to global assets and portfolio allocation , and finally, investors relations. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo’s Polytechnic School (Poli-USP) and participated in an exchange program at Politecnico di Milano with a focus on finance and financial market analysis.

Gaspar Gasparian Neto, CFA Partner and CIO
Gaspar is partner and Perfin Wealth Management’s CIO since March 2010. He has over 25 years of experience and had worked at Mercer Investment Consulting in Brazil and Canada, being responsible for Funds research and development of investment policies. Furthermore, Gaspar was responsible for investment research, evaluation and monitoring, as well as developing allocation strategies for Private Banking clients at Credit Suisse. Gaspar holds a degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP) and is a CFA Charterholder.

Eric Inoue Partner
Eric is a partner and integrate Perfin Wealth Management’s investment team since May 2013. He began his career in Itaú Unibanco’s Risk department in 2008. In 2009, Eric joined RXZ Investimentos, working as a controller and stockbroker. Between 2011 and 2013, he worked in the offshore funds, asset pricing, and risk areas at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo. Eric holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of São Paulo’s Polytechnic School (Poli-USP).

Daniel Augusto Tucci Chaves Partner
Daniel is founding partner of Perfin Wealth Management and Co-Head of Perfin Wealth Management’s investment team since May 2008. From 2000 to 2003, he worked as a corporate banking analyst at Citibank. In 2003, Daniel joined Santander Asset Management, being responsible for fixed income research. From 2006 to 2008, Daniel worked as Co-Head of Santander Private Banking’s Fund of Funds department. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo’s School of Business Administration, Accounting, and Actuarial Sciences (FEA-USP).

Cesar Nalesso Fincatti, CFP Partner
Cesar is partner and member of Perfin Wealth Management’s investment team since March 2013. Cesar began his career in 2006 in the Products area of Santander. In 2008, he joined Itaú Unibanco’s trainee program and worked as a Private Banking analyst from 2009 to 2013. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (UPM) and a postgraduate degree in Financial Market Operator from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA).

Bruno Gaspar, CFA Partner
Bruno is partner and part of Perfin Wealth Management’s investment team since 2020. Between 2004 and 2008, he worked as investments analyst at Santander Asset Management. From 2008 to 2018, he was partner at Consenso Aconselhamento Patrimonial, leading the investments team. In 2018, he founded Vitra Capital and served as managing director. Bruno holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo’s School of Business Administration, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences (FEA-USP), and is a CFA Charterholder.

Aline Vitoria de Lima Local Operations
Aline joined Perfin Wealth Management’s team in 2023. She began her career in 2018 in the administrative area of Porto Seguro's Property and Casualty Insurance division. In 2019, she transitioned to Porto Seguro Investimentos as administrative assistant. Aline entered the financial market in 2022 when Porto Seguro Investimentos established its Middle Office area. She is currently an undergraduate in Mathematics at the University of São Paulo’s Institute of Mathematics and Statistics (IME-USP) and holds CPA20 certification from ANBIMA.

Thaiza Kaneko Offshore Operations
Thaiza is an offshore operations analyst for Perfin Wealth Management’s team since 2023. She began her career in 2015 in the securities lending team at Bank of America. In 2018, she worked as financial analyst at Reliance DTVM. She also worked at CM Capital, Península Participações, and Mar Capital, specialized in wealth management. Thaiza holds a degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and a postgraduate degree in Finance from the Institute of Research and Education (Insper).

William Chang Local Operations
William is a part of Perfin Wealth Management’s operations team since 2021. He began his career at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in 2018 in the Corporate Banking department. In 2020, he joined Verde Asset as NAV Control analyst. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and participated in an exchange program at Brunel University London, focusing on robotics. William possesses CPA-20 certification from the Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Markets Entities (ANBIMA).

Rubens Torrents Schmidt Data Science
Rubens work as Perfin Wealth Management’s systems engineering since September 2019. In 2009, he began his career at Integral Trust, where he spent 10 years developing mathematical models and systems applied to risk and Basel AML Index. He holds a degree in Statistics from the University of São Paulo’s Institute of Mathematics and Statistics (IME-USP) and possesses MCSD App Builder and MCSD Web Applications certifications from Microsoft.

Flávia Pazzini Offshore Operations
Flávia has been a member of Perfin Wealth Management’s offshore operations team since 2020. She began her career in the Controlling area at DGF Investimentos. In 2013, she joined GPS's (now Julius Baer) back-office team and also worked at Porto Seguro Investimentos. Flávia holds a degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Economic Finance from FGV. She possesses CPA-20 certification from the Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Markets Entities (ANBIMA).

Douglas Margutti Local Operations
Douglas is part of Perfin Wealth Management’s operations team since April 2018. He has over 15 years of experience and began his career at the brokerage firm Coinvalores, where he worked for 12 years as middle office analyst and fixed income trader. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo (UNICID).

Cristiano de Souza Moltocaro Local Operations
Cristiano has been a member of Perfin Wealth Management’s operations team since August 2018. He began his career in the Products department of Santander in 2007. From 2011 to 2013, he worked for fund controls department at Gradual Investimentos. In 2013, he joined GPS (now Julius Baer) as operations and back-office analyst. Cristiano holds a Business Administration degree from the Methodist University of São Paulo (UMESP), with a Financial Markets specialization from Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Econômicas (FIPE), and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance, Investment and Risk at FGV-SP.
